You can budget with confidence knowing that the fee quoted is fixed,
irrespective of the complexity of the transaction.
No completion, no legal fees
If your transaction fails to proceed to exchange of contracts, for whatever
reason, there will be no charge for legal services. Any payments to third
parties (disbursements) will be payable.
No meetings necessary
There is no need for face-to-face meetings, saving valuable time for busy home
movers. We will keep you informed throughout the transaction by post,
telephone, email or fax.
Extended working hours
Open 7 days a week as follows: Monday - Friday 8.00am – 8.00pm Saturday -
Sunday 9.30am – 4.30pm meaning you will be able to make contact when it suits
you.
Experienced and friendly staff
Your case will be handled by highly experienced staff, who will keep you
advised of progress as it happens.
