Ok no problem - just phone or email the person handling your case and let them know - they'll be able to switch it on for you. Before getting in touch though have a think about what password you'd like to use - it should be up to 8 characters long, all lower case, and not contain any spaces or special characters. Most importantly though it should be something you can actually remember!
